Really happy with the service we received from Connect Electrical from start to finish.
I first spoke with Dan over the phone and he was super friendly and easy to deal with. He came out to have a look at our place and recommended the best spot to install our EV charger, which was really helpful.
Communication was great from there, and they kept us updated until an electrician was available to come and do the installation.
The installation itself was all completed in one day, everything was done neatly and professionally, and they left the area clean and tidy afterwards.
I also thought the price was very reasonable and definitely good value for the service we received.
Overall, it was just a really easy and positive experience. Friendly people, great communication and good quality work. I’d happily use Connect Electrical again and definitely recommend them to others.
Thanks Dan and the team! 😊

Dan and his team helped restore my trust in tradies... The first time we used him he was efficient and cost effective to get our problem solved, even when parts weren't available he was able to give up with a solution to get us hot water. 2 days ago at 8pm I got a call from my tenant to say their house has no water and part power. Dan had somebody on site before 8am the next morning and problem was solved and water pump back up and running with no fuss. 100% recommend.

Very good communicators. Turned up when they said they would and listened carefully to the detail of what I required. They were not quite the cheapest quote received, but they were well worth it for the level of service. Would definitely recommend / use again.

Shannon was amazing when doing our bathroom renovations. He is honest, reliable and easy to communicate with. He took the time to make sure we were happy with everything he was doing and completely outdid our expectations. Our bathrooms came out gorgeous and we are super happy to recommend him to anyone. Thanks again for your professionalism Shannon!
